Marco Maccarelli is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Holcim Switzerland, Italy, South Germany and Haut Rhin based in Zurich, Switzerland. He was a member of the Holcim Foundation Awards 2023 jury for Latin America.

He joined Holcim in 2008 as Senior Project Manager Ready-Mix Concrete, before moving to Latin America in 2012. In Mexico, he has served as Director of Marketing & Innovation, and later as Director of Cement & Retail Sales. Since 2020, he has been CEO of Holcim Colombia.
