An international community dedicated to sustainable construction
Founded by Holcim in 2003, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the global movement for sustainable design and construction. We exist to support the architecture, design and engineering innovators who want to change the way the world builds. We do this by accelerating the transfer of ideas and best practices across regions and across generations.
Our Board
The Holcim Foundation is governed by an independent and international Board of directors which makes decisions regarding the Foundation’s strategic direction and respective programs.
Our Team
The Holcim Foundation Office is responsible for the daily management of the Foundation’s activities and programs.
Expert Pool
Our external Expert Pool contributes to growing the Foundation’s international impact, providing technical expertise and advice to the Foundation.
Next Gen Ambassadors
Our Next Generation program aims to accelerate the Foundation’s support of fresh ideas that can help raise the profile of sustainable construction at both local and global level.
