Holcim Awards 2023 Ceremony
The Holcim Awards 2023 finalists gathered in Venice on November 18-19, 2023 to discover which prizes they would be taking home. In an energising event, a total prize pool of USD 1 million was awarded to projects in 17 countries that exemplify the growing global effort to provide holistic design and construction responses that advance multiple aspects of sustainable development.
Ceremony
The Holcim Awards 2023 were announced at the Teatro Piccolo on November 18, 2023. With its mission of recognizing and promoting projects from around the world that are accelerating sustainable construction, the Holcim Awards has a rigorous selection process driven by independent regional juries.

Guided Tour
Guests at the Holcim Awards 2023 visited parts of the Biennale Architecture 2023: The Laboratory of the Future housed in the Arsenale. The tour was introduced by Lesley Lokko, Founder & Director of African Futures Institute (AFI), Ghana, Curator of the 18th International Architecture Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia, and Holcim Awards 2023 Jury Chair for Middle East & Africa.
