Zoe Sibala’s role aims to generate a positive social and environmental impact on the sector by leading the building materials industry in resource efficiency, environmental stewardship, health and safety, and corporate social responsibility.
She was previously Vice President, Head of Strategy where she helped craft Holcim Philippines’ plans to expand its business amid a more competitive market environment. She held regional roles in financial planning and finance shared services with multinational firms prior to joining the aggregates business unit of Lafarge Philippines in 2010 as Head of Finance.
She is active in advocating sustainable practices and policies that would further develop and improve the cement manufacturing industry as well as the construction industry as Chairperson of the Cement Manufacturers Association of the Philippines.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Graduate School of Business, De La Salle University and a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
