Preserving Heritage: Most of the historical components of the site are retained in our plan, and optimized for new, compatible uses. The surrounding public realm creates a series of varied, processional spaces as one exits the Metro or approaches the station from the west.

Diversity of Experience: Serving as a secondary access route to the south at grade, the Link Zone path extends the energy of the new Central Square into the heart of the site and, via Henry Dean Plaza, the balance of the Tech Precinct.

A 24/7 Precinct: The around-the-clock dynamism of the Tech Precinct is promoted by thoughtful design at ground level and signaled on the skyline through the character of the tower itself.
